Our 2" Grip Pro collar is very similar to our 2" Pro Collar, but with the added benefit of a sewn-on tactical handle. We specially designed this collar for working dogs, including police and protection dogs, and is a testament to our commitment to quality. The bottom line; we've consulted with working dog handlers to determine what's needed on a duty-ready collar, while still maintaining a tough, sleek look.

Control & Comfort

Triple layer construction provides the necessary rigidity to ensure optimal control. The collar maintains its shape, allowing handlers to effectively guide and manage their canine partners. Beyond rigidity, the 2" wide webbing is used to distribute pressure over a wider area on your dog's neck, reducing discomfort. This makes it safer and more effective in high impact scenarios than an average "tactical" collar. Our Landshark 2" Grip Pro Collar is also completely adjustable to ensure perfect fit.

No Weak Links

All metal hardware, including an Authentic AustriAlpin D-Ring Cobra Buckle and Steel adjustment slider, adds an extra layer of security to the collar. After all, what good is a weight-rated buckle if it's paired with a plastic adjustment slider? The integrated stainless steel D-ring is built right into the buckle, and pivots back to avoid snags.

Functional Personalization

The ability to add up to 4" of Velcro serves a dual purpose – adding a personalized touch to your dog's gear while also providing crucial identification or warnings. Our Velcro Name Patches can be customized with your dogs name, your phone number, or any message you need to send to passers-by.

Sizing Guide

All of our collar sizes are based on where two points of the buckle meet. The best way to know for sure is to measure your dogs current collar, or use a fabric ruler around their neck.
For our 2" Grip Pro Collar, the size ranges change depending on if you add Velcro for a name patch. This is because the Velcro strip takes up more room, so the collar is slightly less adjustable.

Sizes with no Velcro:
- Medium fits a neck that is 14" - 18" in circumference.
- Large fits a neck that is 17" - 23" in circumference.
- X-Large fits a neck that is 19" - 27" in circumference.

Sizes with Velcro added:
- Medium fits a neck that is 16" - 18" in circumference.
- Large fits a neck that is 19" - 23" in circumference.
- X-Large fits a neck that is 21" - 27" in circumference.

What Are The Differences Between The Landshark Pro line and Sport Line?

Our 2" Pro Collar was designed with the Working Dog Handler in mind. It's more rigid than the 1" and 1.5" Sport Collars, and features the extreme heavy-duty integrated D-Ring Cobra Buckle. Our Pro Collars are made from 3 layers of nylon, whereas the Sport Collars are made from 2 layers.

What Are The Differences Between The Pro Collar and Grip Pro?

The only difference between this 2" Grip Pro Collar and the regular 2" Pro Collar is that this one includes the tactical handle. Because of this addition, we only have room for one Velcro section, that will fit our Custom Collar Patches

What Are The Advantages Of A 2" Wide Collar?

The wider band distributes pressure across a larger area of the dog's neck. This is beneficial and safer for the dog in heavy-pulling scenarios encountered in protection sports, law enforcement work, or spirited walks.

Can You Do Accent Stitching On This Collar?
