What's a Landshark?

A landshark is a fun name given to breeds of dogs that are very bitey.
German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, and several other breeds are quite mouthy and commonly used in protection work and bite sports.

What makes Landshark Supply unique?

We take great pride in the elite quality and long working life of our

Get to know our gear


Where is your gear made?

All of our gear is made by us in one of our two shops, either in Atlanta, GA or Guntersville, AL. Each piece of gear is made with care and inspected to ensure a level of quality second to none. If we wouldn't use it on our own dogs, we don't ship it.

How do I pick the correct collar size for my dog?

All of collars are adjustable and come in 4 size ranges. We measure our size ranges from where 2 points of each buckle end meet, not from one end to the other (since parts of the buckle overlap).

We recommend that you measure you dog's current collar from where 2 points of the buckle meet, or use a fabric ruler to get your dogs exact neck size.

What if I need a smaller or larger size than you offer?

Because of how we build our collars, the absolute smallest we can make is about 11" with a patch.

Since all of our gear is made in house, we can (and frequently do) make larger sizes than what we normally offer on our website.

In either case, please email us and we'll get your custom sized collar built at no additional charge.

Can I put a name and phone number on a custom patch?

Absolutely! We can typically do 2 lines of text on any of our patches. If a name and phone number are requested, we typically put the name up top and phone number below.

What is a "Fi-Compatible" Collar?

Fi is a company that makes GPS tracking devices for dogs. We've partnered with them to deliver Landshark collars specifically built to hold their GPS unit securely.

A GPS device that isn't securely fastened to your dog does no good. We directly sew the Fi GPS unit's mounts onto our premium, durable collars, so you can rest assured that your dog is always tracked. No 3rd party connections or pouches.

Can I wash my Landshark collar?

Yes! We recommend washing your Landshark gear by gently scrubbing with soapy water and letting it air dry.

The Cobra buckle can be sprayed out to keep the latches operating smoothly.

Placing Your Order

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since our leashes, collars, and other gear are made-to-order here the USA, we typically have a lead time. Please refer to the turnaround time listed on our home page.  Apparel, Decals, and Accessories typically ship within a week.

Why did only part of my order ship?

Since we currently use a 3rd party production partner for our apparel, your order might be shipped in 2 or more packages. You will receive shipping information for each package. 

How much is shipping?

Orders within the US containing only decals or patches ship for free. All other gear, apparel, or goods, anywhere in the US of A is always just $5.

Returns, Exchanges, Order Changes

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are easy, just email us at and we'll get you taken care of. If there was any error on our part, we'll cover all further shipping costs. We don't charge a restock fee, so if you need to make an exchange or just return a piece of gear, please reach out to us via email. Exchanges may incur a
$5 shipping charge to cover the trip of the new piece of gear back to you.

Please note that custom items, velcro patches, and holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date listed in the package's tracking history. Products must be unused to be eligible for return or exchange.

I need to change something about my order, can I do that?

Please let us know as soon as possible via the email address below if you need to change something about your order, as to not delay your shipment! Our gear is made to order, so we can usually accommodate changes such as sizing, color, or adding pieces. One exception is custom name patches. Since these are unique to your order, they cannot be altered or removed after we have produced them.

International Orders

Do you ship to Canada?

Absolutely, we have tons of Canadian regular customers! Shipping is $15 and we ship with the US Postal Service, which will hand your order off to Canada Post. We do this to avoid Customs Processing fees charged by UPS or Fedex, despite our product generally carrying no customs duties. Typically the only extra fees you may be responsible for are local sales taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We ship to most countries via DHL or UPS. The shipping price is determined by your address, and we only charge what the shipping services charge us.

International Returns

For Canadian customers, we are able to accept returns and size exchanges, as outlines in our return and exchange policy above. For exchanges, a $15 shipping charge may be applied to ship your exchange back to you.

For all other international orders, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or returns due to the complicated nature of import taxes and high shipping fees.

Will there be Duties or Taxes for my order?

For Canadian orders there shouldn't be any duties added for our gear, just your local taxes.

For all other international orders, it will depend on your country. Please look up import taxes in your county for commercial products coming from the US. We are not responsible for unexpected import taxes or duties, and we cannot guarantee a full refund if your order is returned due to unpaid duties.
