Q: What's a Landshark?

A: A landshark is a fun name given to breeds of dogs that are very bitey, in a playful way. German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, and several other breeds are quite mouthy.

Q: What so different about Landshark Supply?

A: We take great pride in the elite quality and long working life of our products. 100% of our design, production, and testing is performed in house. You won't find anything on rebranded anywhere else. Check out our About Us page to learn how we got started.

Q: Where is your gear made?

A: All of our gear is hand made in Atlanta, Georgia using the best materials that we can source.  Each piece of gear is made with care and meticulously inspected to ensure a level of quality second to none.

Q: I have an idea for a custom piece of gear that I want. Do you take custom orders?

A: We love custom orders! We'll work with you for anything you need, from custom accent stitching color to specialty collars that hold specific pieces of equipment. Reach out to us at the email address below and we'll get started.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Since our leashes, collars, and other gear is made-to-order and orders often include custom, one-of-a-kind pieces, we offer a typical turnaround time of one to two weeksApparel, Decals, and Accessories typically ship within a week.

Q: Only part of my order was shipped. What gives?

A: Since we currently use a 3rd party production partner for our apparel, your order might be shipped in 2 or more packages. You will receive shipping information for each package. 

Q: How much is shipping? And do you ship internationally?

A: Shipping to anywhere in the US of A is always free! We also ship worldwide for a small shipping fee. 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Returns and exchanges are easy, just email us at and we'll get you taken care of. If there was any error on our part, we'll cover all shipping costs. If you just need to make an exchange all we ask is that the product is unused and that you cover the shipping back to us. Please note that custom items, velcro patches, holiday items, and gear that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
