Q: What's a Landshark?
A: A landshark is a fun name given to breeds of dogs that are very bitey. German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, and several other breeds are quite mouthy and commonly used in protection work and bite sports.
Q: What so different about Landshark Supply?
A: We take great pride in the elite quality and long working life of our products. 100% of our design, production, and testing is performed in house. You won't find anything on LandsharkSupply.com rebranded anywhere else. Check out our About Us page to learn how we got started.
Q: Where is your gear made?
A: All of our gear is hand made in Atlanta, Georgia using the best materials that we can source. Each piece of gear is made with care and meticulously inspected to ensure a level of quality second to none.
Q: I have an idea for a custom piece of gear that I want. Do you take custom orders?
A: We love custom orders! We'll work with you for anything you need, from custom accent stitching color to specialty collars that hold specific pieces of equipment. Reach out to us at the email address below and we'll get started.
Q: Can I add my dog's name to a Fi-Compatible collar?
A: Yes! Absolutely, with one of our custom patches. We can add free velcro to any Fi-Compatible collar, excluding our smallest size. We cannot offer velcro on the 13"-16" Fi-Compatible collars, as there is simply not enough room for both the Fi unit & the patch. Doing so reduces the adjustable range by 2" on the lower end. For example, the 17"-22.5" size becomes 19"-22.5". If you have further questions about adding a custom patch to a Fi collar, Email us at the address below.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since our leashes, collars, and other gear are made-to-order here the USA, we typically have a lead time. Please refer to the turnaround time listed on our home page. Apparel, Decals, and Accessories typically ship within a week.
Q: Only part of my order was shipped. What gives?
A: Since we currently use a 3rd party production partner for our apparel, your order might be shipped in 2 or more packages. You will receive shipping information for each package.
Q: How much is shipping? And do you ship internationally?
A: Orders within the US containing only decals or patches ship for free. All other gear, apparel, or goods, anywhere in the US of A is always just $5. We also ship internationally for a small fee, depending on where in the world it's going.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Returns and exchanges are easy, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you taken care of. If there was any error on our part, we'll cover all further shipping costs. We don't charge a restock fee, so if you need to make an exchange or just return a piece of gear, please reach out to us via email. Exchanges may incur a $5 shipping charge to cover the trip of the new piece of gear back to you. Please note that custom items, velcro patches, and holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date listed in the package's tracking history. Products must be unused to be eligible for return or exchange.
Q: I need to change something about my order, can I do that?
A: Please let us know as soon as possible via the email address below if you need to change something about your order, as to not delay your shipment! Our gear is made to order, so we can usually accommodate changes such as sizing, color, or adding pieces. One exception is custom name patches. Since these are unique to your order, they cannot be altered or removed after we have produced them. If you've requested a proof, we will send you a photo of your patch before we ship to ensure that it's correct, however we cannot change font or color after production.
